SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
 

Platinum Transportation Inc. requires a three (3) hours cancellation notice for Sedan, Van and SUV reservations. For Limo and BUS reservations, 24 hours cancellation notice is required. Any reservation cancelled within the stated time frame is subject to a charge of the applicable rate. If you cannot locate your driver, please call (407) 492.8888 in order to avoid a No Show fee.
 

SECTION 4 – RATES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
 

All rates quoted by Platinum Transportation Inc, are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided. For all point-to-point reservations, waiting time after 15 will be charged at an hourly rate, once the grace period has elapsed. Corporate month to month invoices are due within 30 days. Overdue invoices are subject to a 10% finance charge. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
 

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
 

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
